In the Väst region where our offices in Borås and Gothenburg are located, we are currently looking for an Identity Security Developer with a Java & Mule background who wants to join us on our journey and truly make a difference!

Your mission

As an Identity Security Developer, you will implement advanced solutions based on the customer’s needs and requirements, such as secure login, integration for automatic account creation, and management of administrative rights. The assignments are technically exciting and challenging, making it a perfect fit for those passionate about developing technical breadth.

As a Developer, you will contribute to the development of ID North’s products and services, assisting customers in utilizing the solutions in their operations. The products are part of advanced identity security solutions crucial to customers’ IT infrastructure. Given the nature of security products, product development requires precision and quality awareness. The work is technically exciting and diverse, involving the use of various technologies, programming languages, third-party products, and system integrations. Working with colleagues at ID North, you will contribute to delivering top-notch identity security solutions, ensuring stable, secure, and efficient information flows through integrations and regulations.

In this role, you will be involved in advancing ID North’s solution for quality assurance of personal data, Quality ID – a solution that ensures quality-assured personal data for approximately 15% of Sweden’s population among our clients.

To succeed in this role, you need to have knowledge in:

• Java development
• Mule integration platform from MuleSoft
• Development with SQL relational databases (e.g., MySQL, Oracle, MSSQL, Derby), including transaction handling and JDBC
• JMS queue management with Apache ActiveMQ or similar
• Apache Tomcat
• Directory services – LDAP, Active Directory
• Certificate management/SSL/TLS/PKI
• Network communication/TCP/firewall

Experience in the following is advantageous but not required:

• Build management with Maven
• Integration with and development of APIs for REST and SOAP web services
• Version control with Atlassian BitBucket (Git) or similar
• Web development (javascript, jQuery, html, css)
• Windows and Linux server environments, including Batch, PowerShell, Shell scripting
• Continuous Integration and Deployment with Atlassian BitBucket Pipes
• .Net/C# and Groovy programming
• Apache Freemarker, Velocity, and Solr
• Spring Framework

The position may involve national and international business trips.

Your competence

We are looking for someone with a university degree equivalent to Master/Bachelor in Information Technology or an Engineering degree, with an interest in developing technically broad solutions. Knowledge in Identity Security is highly valued but not mandatory. Several years of work experience and a background in working in teams/projects with clients, along with a willingness to take on new technical challenges, are desired. Curiosity and a strong desire to learn new areas are a must in this role. The systems we develop are complex and require an understanding of data flows and system integrations. You communicate fluently in both Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
