Handling of personal data
ID North follows current laws and regulations that exist to protect your privacy. It is only a few people with special authorization who have access to the information.
If you order material, information or sign up for events or newsletters, your personal data is stored and handled so that we can fulfill your order. When you visit websites, newsletters or communities, your visit is recorded. Such information is used, among other things, to give us information about the number of visitors and which parts of the website, newsletter or community are visited. When you open and click on links in newsletters, websites and communities, this is registered, therefore you may be contacted by ID North.
Our website, newsletter and communities may contain links to other websites. ID North is not responsible for the processing of personal data on such websites. It is voluntary to provide information, but complete requested information is necessary for us to be able to perform the ordered service or fulfill a contract.
Newsletters and emails
ID North regularly sends out newsletters to keep customers and other interested parties informed about what is happening within the company and in relevant areas. If you no longer need this type of information, you can unsubscribe via a link in the current newsletters. If you would like to subscribe to our newsletters, you will find registration forms on our website.
Toward our existing customers, other e-mail communications may also occur for the purpose of fulfilling our role within the framework of our business relationships and agreements.
Contact information and customer registry
ID North’s customer records are confidential. Your customer information such as contact information will not be used other than to provide you with access to information and services from ID North or third parties approved by ID North.
Your contact information is handled with modern information technology and can be used, among other things, to fulfill customer relations, analysis, marketing and direct marketing by mail or digitally. The personal data may be supplemented by collection from private and public registers when, for example, updating address information. The personal data may be disclosed to other companies for necessary processing in accordance with the purpose of the personal data on behalf of ID North, for example in connection with printing and distribution.
