Henrik joins us with extensive experience from senior leadership roles within consulting and professional services, where he has worked closely with management teams and boards on strategy, transformation and long-term value creation. He brings a strong understanding of customer needs and what it takes to build trusted, long-term partnerships.
Henrik succeeds Jens Björkman, who stepped down from his role as CEO in October 2025 and has played an important role in shaping ID North and building the strong foundation the company stands on today. We would like to thank Jens for his leadership and contribution to ID North’s work.
With Henrik joining as CEO, we continue forward with strong momentum. ID North has a clear focus on identity security and on helping organisations protect what matters most: people, data and trust.
“I am excited to take on the role as CEO of ID North,” says Henrik. “ID North has a strong reputation, deep expertise and a highly skilled team with a lot of energy, curiosity and pride in what they do, and a team spirit you notice right away. I’m looking forward to getting to know our employees, customers, and partners better, listening closely to what they need next, and working together to keep strengthening the secure identity foundations organisations rely on.”
“Being part of the cybersecurity group Allurity is a real advantage,” Henrik adds. “It combines strong local security expertise with the scale and capabilities of a leading European cybersecurity group. I’m genuinely excited to learn more about the full range of cybersecurity capabilities across the group, and to collaborate with specialists across Europe and learn from the experience and perspectives they bring.”
Henrik started as CEO of ID North in January 2026 and joins the team as we continue building on our strong momentum.
