Statens Servicenter chooses ID North

ID North has won the trust of Statens Servicecenter to provide Identity Governance based on SailPoints platform IdentityIQ. 

ID North is Sweden’s leading experts in Identity Governance and SailPoint is the global market leader in Identity Governance. Statens Servicecenter needed an Identity Governance solution for secure identity management and controlled access control. After a public procurement the choice was to go with ID North.

Statens Servicecenter (SSC) is an authority under the Finance Department. SSC handles the administration for about 160 government agencies with focus on administrative services and consulting within finance, salaries and human resources. Among these authorities are Arbetsförmedlingen, Skatteverket, Försäkringskassan, Göteborgs universitet, Försvarets materielverk, Kronofogden, Lantmäteriet, Pensionsmyndigheten, ESF-rådet, Rekryteringsmyndigheten och länsstyrelserna.

The services provided by SSC handle about 40% of the government based on number of employees.

SSC is also responsible Swedens service offices where citizens or business owners can get local service from the government, all in all there are 113 offices. At these offices SSC co-operate with Skatteverket, Försäkringskassan and Pensionsmyndigheten to be able to offer help and service the citizens within many areas.
