ID North is looking for technicians who want to work in our support for our identity solutions. As a support technician, you will work with support and monitoring of implemented identity solutions and resolve any issues that arise. Part of the job will involve receiving customer feedback and performing initial analysis or resolution of incoming incidents registered in our support portal.
The position is full-time on weekdays and offers excellent opportunities for development within one of the fastest-growing niches in IT security. The position provides significant career opportunities within the company for those who show initiative.
We expect your technical background to include:
Incident management, preferably with Jira Service Manager.
Monitoring and alarm management, preferably with OP5 or Prometheus+Grafana.
Understanding of various methods for system login and single sign-on (SSO).
Understanding of user account and authorization administration in systems.
Additional qualifications that are advantageous include knowledge of:
LDAP directory services, such as OpenLDAP, eDirectory, Active Directory.
Database management and SQL.
SSL/TLS certificate management.
Relationships in system integrations.
Microsoft Windows and Linux environments.
We believe this position is suitable for someone who is studying or has studied IT/technology and has a few years of work experience, preferably in support functions. A requirement to be considered for this position is that you have fluent language skills in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Knowledge of Finnish is an additional advantage. Many tasks involve communication with customers and technicians both in Sweden and internationally.
