As a Customer Success Manager, you will play a vital role in our sales organization at ID North. Your role will involve building and nurturing relationships with our existing customers, with a focus on upselling and value creation. You will be responsible for daily communication with our customers, ensuring the success of our deliveries, and conducting needs assessments. You will work closely with our consulting managers, acting as a crucial link between Service Delivery and the sales team. Additionally, you will collaborate with our marketing team to plan and prepare sales activities such as webinars, customer events, and more. Alongside your colleagues at ID North, you will work with market-leading products, subject matter experts, and deliver top-notch identity security solutions.
Professional experience in a similar role, preferably within the IT industry.
A genuine passion for building customer relationships and excelling in value-driven activities.
Forward-thinking and self-driven, with a strong team orientation.
Interest in Identity Security and our business.
Solid technical understanding.
The position may involve occasional national and international business travel.
We are looking for someone with a higher education degree or professional experience that has honed your skills as a successful Manager. While knowledge of identity security is highly valued, it is not a strict requirement. We prefer candidates with several years of work experience and a background in a fast-paced team environment. You are unafraid of tackling new challenges, proficient in Microsoft O365, and experienced with system support. You communicate in both Swedish and English.
You enjoy working in teams with colleagues and clients while also being self-driven. You are passionate and motivated by business and customer relationships and have a good technical understanding. Being solution-oriented is a strong ability you possess. We value your personal qualities and are therefore looking for someone who is receptive, forward-thinking, has good social skills, and is easy to collaborate with others.
